Mama in New England
This is us, as I navigate motherhood and enjoy the amazing adventure.
We are a family of four, a cat and a dog, living outside Boston, Massachusetts. I started this blog as a way to update friends and family who are afar, but it seems to have become somewhat therapeutic & helps me laugh when I need to.

Lanie's Feet
She found her feet for the first time yesterday. Apparently it was so exciting that it made her spit up.

Diapers in the night
Just hanging out with Lannin after her 3:30 feeding. She's playing a game called, "how many diapers can mom change?" I'm not sure what the scoring system is, but think she's winning. Chris and I once figured out that diapers were between $.30 and .50 cents each, depending on the size (smaller diapers contain more per package than bigger diapers). If we're basing this on cost, Lannin has been through about $2.00 in diapers in fifteen minutes. I could figure out how many diapers per minute, but it's 3:45 am and I really can't think clearly, let alone do math.
I think she's telling me it's my turn again.
